CURRENT OCCUPATION--My family and I live in Chula Vista, CA, in the southern part of San Diego County.  We have been REALTORs with Prudential California Realty for the past 9 years, specializing in residential and commercial real estate.  We formed The Bettger Team  as a group of agents who place a similar emphasis on service, knowledge, and professionalism.  We have our own marketing department, our own full-time transaction coordinator, and our own 15-foot moving truck for our clients to use.   Due to many requests from our past clients, we have also formed Bettger Properties to provide outstanding Property Management services to tenants and landlords.  In the same way clients make long-term financial plans with their accountants and financial planners, we want to help clients plan their long-term real estate goals regarding their primary residence, vacation/retirement home, rental properties and commercial properties.  For a list of other interests and business ventures, click here.

Jeff Bettger:  Congratulations on your selection as a FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent(SM) for 2009.  The March issue of San Diego Magazine is now available on the newsstands throughout the San Diego area.It is also available for viewing on the FIVE STAR web site.   We are very honored by this recognition.  It comes from interviews of past clients and industry experts.  Interviews were conducted by an independent research firm.  Chosen agents were selected based on knowledge, integrity, and service to the client.  From the beginning of our career, we have strived to put our clients' needs firs and to maintain leading edge knowledge of the housing market and of real estate contracts and procedures.  It is an honor to be recognized by your past clients and by your peers in this way.
